If Exporting exists on the CRM Integration you are using, there are a couple of options for exporting/syncing data from VOMO back to the CRM. Please see the descriptions and screenshots below to explore the best way to export data given your desired use case.
- Syncing Data
- Enable Custom Data Syncing (People Data)
- When you enable Custom Data Syncing, you can choose as many or few People data Fields to sync from VOMO back to the CRM you have integrated. Simply take the VOMO data field and choose the CRM data field that you want the integration to receive.
- When you click Save Data Sync Settings you will be setting the integration to map the fields you have chosen once the integration is launched. Data Syncs do not export data that exists in VOMO from before the integration launches. For this, see the Exporting Data section below (point 3).
- For Salesforce Integration Only: Enable V4S Integration (Participation Data)
- Enable Custom Data Syncing (People Data)
-
-
- When you enable the Volunteers for Salesforce (V4S) Integration, participation data will be synced back to once a VOMO Serving Date completes only after the integration is launched. Data Syncs do not export data that exists in VOMO from before the integration launches. For this, see the Exporting Data section below (point 3).

- Exporting Data from before Integration Launch
-
- If you would like to Export Data back to your CRM via the Integration from before your integration launched, you can do so by starting an export. The Export will send back People and Participation Data (when V4S is enabled - in Salesforce Integration only) that exists in VOMO that has not already been synced before.
