How do I Make a Recurring Date in My Opportunity?

Volunteer opportunities can be a single serving day and time frame, or a recurring collection of serving days, times, roles, and items.

1. Login to your VOMO account.
2. Navigate to your organization's dashboard by clicking on your profile picture and selecting Administration.
3. From the menu on the left, select Opportunities and then New Opportunity in the top right corner of the page.
4. After filling in the necessary information on the Details tab, select the Needs tab. Follow the steps in this article to create a new Opportunity.
   

Make a Recurring Date

1. To make the time slot(s) in this date recurring, select the Make Recurring option at the bottom of this date box and a new modal will appear.
2. Select the time slots you wish to make recurring.
3. Select the frequency of the serving days. You have the option to Repeat every: Day, Week, or Month.
   • If you select Weekly you will be given the option to select Weekdays or Weekends you want to repeat this Opportunity date on.
     
   • If you select Monthly you will be given the option to repeat the date on that specific date every month or that particular week of the month.
     
4. Select the End Date.
5. Press the Preview button.
6. Verify the preview of dates you see is correct and then select Add Dates. If you need to change any time slots click Go Back and edit your time slots before making them recurring. If you need to delete a date, click the trash can icon to remove it before publishing the Opportunity.
   
7. Now you can "Save as Draft" or "Publish Opportunity" to your Volunteer Hub
