We know that the volunteer experience is important, so we give you (Platform & Enterprise packages) the ability to customize your volunteer Hub experience. This provides visitors the knowledge they are in the right place when they are looking to serve with your organization!

Hub Branding Settings
In your Admin Dashboard Admin will see the Hub Branding option in the Settings submenu.
Subdomain and Colors
- Custom Subdomain - New VOMO accounts will default to app.vomo.org. This setting allows you to replace "app" with a subdomain of your choice (for example; springfieldserves.vomo.org). After creation, if you need to change your subdomain, you will have to contact support.
- Primary Color - The main color for things like menu bars, button colors, etc.
- Secondary Color - The secondary color for links, hover over colors, etc.
- Note: if the color your chose is has low contrast and text might be difficult to read for some users the system will recommend that you choose a darker shade or color or to proceed at your own risk.
Emails
- Email - This email address will appear in the footer of your outbound emails.
- Invite Email Language - Customize the body of the email that volunteers get when you invite them from the People page.
- Welcome Email Language - Customize the body of the email that volunteers get after they have successfully created their user account.

Location and Images
- Address - Type out your address. Remember that Google Maps is integrated so you will need to choose your address from the list provided when you search.
- Logo - We use this logo in the top left corner of your volunteer experiences, as well as in the footer. It can be your Organization's main logo, but remember that your Hub also has a space for a logo.
- Email Banner - This will be the image at the top of all your automated emails from the system.

Preview first..
After filling in all of the above information, images, and graphics, you can preview what your Hub will look like BEFORE you publish the changes. Either click the Preview tab at the top or the "see what changed" button on the right side of the page to see what your Hub will look like.
Time to Publish!
Now that you have completed the settings and previewed what you new branded Hub will look like, click the Publish button in the top right corner. To ensure that you are okay with the changes you chose, it will ask you to write out PUBLISH just to make sure. After publishing, go to your Hub and see what it looks like as a final product!
