Update your Organization Size in Settings to make sure that you move closer to your goal of adoption.
When your account is created, the VOMO team puts in a ballpark figure for the size of your organization in the Admin Settings page so that your Analytics start growing as you get more and more adoption with your entire audience. However, that size might need to be adjusted from time to time to make sense of your Analytics.
To update the size of your org:
- Visit https://app.vomo.org/admin/org/settings
- Update the Volunteer Goal field with a number of total users you are trying to reach. This will change your People Signed Up to Serve rate % on your Dashboard.
You will notice that when you update this field, you will see the Analytics changing on your Dashboard.
