We’re simplifying the way we talk about our products to better reflect what they truly are—a single, connected platform to help you grow generosity. Below are answers to common questions about what’s changing, what’s not, and what it means for you.
Why are the product names changing?
We’re updating our product names to create a consistent and unified experience. As our platform has grown, we want it to be clear that all Virtuous tools are built to work together to help your team build better donor relationships and make a bigger impact.
What are the new names?

Will this change how I use the platform?
No. Everything you use today—features, data, workflows—will still be there. The only change is the name, icon and logos and how we present these tools within the Virtuous family.
Do I need to take any action?
No. You’re all set! The updates will roll out automatically across the Virtuous website, product interface, and help center. You’ll see the new names in place of the old ones—no setup or re-training needed.
What’s different about “Virtuous CRM+”?
Virtuous CRM+ is the same CRM you know—managing donors, automation, segmentation, and more. The “+” simply reflects its advanced fundraising automation capabilities and how it works hand-in-hand with the rest of the Virtuous platform, including fundraising, volunteers, analytics, and more.
Is VOMO still the same?
Yes. VOMO simply has a new name. That new name is now Virtuous Volunteer in order to more clearly tie its name to its function and our broader platform vision. Nothing else has changed. Over the coming weeks you’ll start to see the new name show up across various locations.
Is RaiseDonors still the same?
Yes. RaiseDonors simply has a new name - Virtuous Raise. The enterprise-grade donation forms, tracking, and donor journeys you’ve set up aren’t changing—it’s simply a new name under the Virtuous umbrella.
Hasn’t Virtuous done this before?
Yes—we previously renamed these products, but we quickly realized we hadn’t executed to our fullest potential. We listened, we learned, and we’ve been building ever since. This time, the new names reflect something real and meaningful:
- Deeper integration between our tools
- Our commitment to building a more unified experience across the Virtuous platform
- A clearer story for you to share with your team, board, and community
In other words, we’re not just renaming tools. We’re executing on a critical step towards building a purpose-built platform for you and your mission.
What’s the difference between Virtuous Analytics and Virtuous Insights?
- Virtuous Analytics gives you powerful reporting and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Virtuous Insights is a new tool, currently in beta, that’s designed to help you make data-driven decisions with predictive intelligence, leveraging both 1st and 3rd party donor data for marketing, benchmarking and actionable recommendations to grow generosity faster.
Will my billing or subscription change?
No. Other than the names of the products, your pricing, plan, and tools stay exactly the same. This update is only about simplifying how we talk about our platform.
