Note: If the integration is activated after Virtuous Volunteer is already up and running users will be sent over from Virtuous Volunteer to Virtuous CRM+ even if they’re not a new volunteer. In Virtuous CRM+, the Import tool will check to see if the volunteer already exists. If they do, the data will sync to the existing individual. If they don’t then a new individual is created, and potentially a new contact.
