What is the Cancellation Policy?

For Organizations using VOMO, we offer a simple cancellation policy.

We offer a 10-day money back guarantee on all new annual accounts.

All payments are final and non-refundable.


You can cancel your VOMO subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

If you are in a 12 month commitment, we will schedule your subscription to end on the last month of that commitment and will discontinue charges and close out your account at that date. 

If you have set up a monthly account, you can reach out and request cancellation at anytime. We will discontinue the monthly charge and will close out your account the day before your renewal date.
