How do I invite an Organizer to create and manage projects on behalf of my organization?

Admins have the ability to invite other Admins, Organizers, and Volunteers to the platform through the People section of the Dashboard.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Access the "Dashboard" by clicking on your profile picture and selecting "Administration"
  3. Select the "People" page from the menu on the left
  4. Click "Invite People" (the green button in the top right corner of the page)
  5. Enter email address(es) with line breaks between each one if you want to do more than one at a time
  6. Select the "Organizer" role in the dropdown menu
  7. Click "Send Invites"

That person will receive an email with a link to accept your invite as an organizer. The link will direct them to the VOMO website to login (or create their user account if they haven't already) and begin creating projects.
