Once you have set up your Payments account, your underwriting application is accepted, and you have your first giving form active in your hub, you'll probably want to see and manage your giving transactions.

Tracking Your Giving Revenue
To access your organization's Giving Dashboard, just navigate to your Admin Dashboard and then select Giving from the navigation menu.
This will bring you to the Giving Dashboard. There, you'll be able to see some high-level statistics on your giving revenue.
You can click on the dates near the top of the dashboard to filter for gifts within a specific date range.
Below the giving statistics, you'll see a list of all transactions within the selected time period.
Click on "Export (CSV)" above the transaction list and you'll be able to set a date range, select specific fields, and generate a csv file that can be viewed or imported into another platform.
Click on "View Details" to see more information about any transaction.
Should you need to refund a specific transaction, from the details view, just click on the "Issue Refund" button below the payment details.
In rare cases, a donor may dispute a specific charge. When this happens, you will receive an email with a direct link to the giving portal, where you can provide more information and documentation related to the charge in question.
Virtuous CRM Integration
Now that you know how to manage transactions using Giving with Payments, make sure your Virtuous CRM is connected via the integration. This will sync all of the donation data into a bundle in your Virtuous CRM to import. Pretty cool!
