Learn where on an Opportunity's dashboard you can find the list of guest names and emails a volunteer added when they joined your Opportunity and how to edit that list!
- First, locate the volunteer's user profile by going to your People list. Search for the volunteer and click on their name. This will open their user profile. Scroll down to either their past serving history or upcoming opportunities depending on if they have already served or are signed up to serve in the future. Once you find it, click the title of the opportunity to open its dashboard.
- When the Opportunity's dashboard opens, find the Volunteers section and open the desired time slot the volunteer joined. Under the volunteer's name, you will see a Guests option. Click the + icon to add more guests.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the number of guests they are bringing and to add names and emails. Make sure to click the Save button to add or edit the guest information.
- A few notes to finish up, you cannot edit a guest who already has a name and email provided. All guests that have an email provided have already received an Invite email to become a new volunteer user. If you see that their name is incorrect, that can be corrected by the guest when they activate their profile. If you see that an email is incorrect, simply remove that guest and add a new guest with the correct email.
