There are a number of ways that VOMO provides support, including the Help Center, Email Support, and Phone Support.
Help Center – Our most common support questions are catalogued in our Help Center with easy answers. A quick browse should help you find a solution.
Email Support – If our knowledge base doesn’t have the answer, you can contact support by clicking the chat icon on the bottom right of every VOMO experience. That will assist you in creating a support ticket our team will respond to. You can also email Support directly at support@vomo.org as well.
Phone Support – Need someone to walk you through an issue? No problem. Follow the steps for receiving email support to create a ticket and someone can reach out to discuss your issue over the phone if necessary.
