Learn how to check in and check out of a Opportunity on the VOMO App. Opportunity owners will learn how to check in and check out all of the participants of a Opportunity.
Volunteer Check In
Follow these simple steps to check in yourself to a Opportunity that you have already signed up for:
1. Download the VOMO App from (iOS or Google Play)
2. Sign in using your username and password (need help logging in?)
3. Locate the Opportunity in "My Opportunities" in your profile.
4. An hour before the Opportunity begins, a "check in" button will appear on the Opportunity page. Click that button, then click "check in" at the bottom and a time stamp will appear noting you are now checked in.
5. Now that you are checked in, the "check out" button appears for you to check yourself out when you're finished. When you click "check out" a time stamp will appear to mark the exact time you checked out, just like when you checked in.
Check In Volunteers from the Participants List
Follow these simple steps as the Opportunity Owner (or as an Admin in your organization) to check in all of the volunteers in the Participants List of your Opportunity.
1. Download the VOMO App from (iOS or Google Play)
2. Sign in using your username and password (need help logging in?)
3. Locate the Opportunity on your Volunteer Hub that you need to check volunteers in to:
4. An hour before the Opportunity begins, a "check in/out volunteers" button will appear on the Opportunity page:
5. Now that the volunteers are checked-in, you can check them out when the Opportunity ends. Follow the same process as checking them in. Time stamps will be stored in the Opportunity's dashboard in your Administration tools.
